Shop via our internet shop and we will ship your order within 1(or 2) days, unless the product ordered has a delayed message, then it will be shipped the day after the date on the delayed message.

If you have an inquiry about a product that we don’t have on our web shop, please contact us, and we will do our best to get it for you.

All the prices on our site is including VAT and other charges. Do check your country’s import rules before buying.

After you have placed an order, you will shortly hereafter receive and order confirmation through e-mail.

The order amount will be withdrawn from your card, the moment we finish packing your order and ship from our warehouse. That way, you can always be certain that the products are in stock and shipped, before we withdraw your money. We can’t withdraw a higher amount than the amount you have approved on your order.

When you complete an online payment with your credit card, you are always insured against card abuse. You can always reject a payment, when you receive your payment statement. There is not a deductible in case your card should be abused when used at an internet shop, that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in their payment system (as PostMe does).

The data you provide during an online transaction are encrypted. PostMe does not have access to your information. We will not sell or provide your information to third party businesses. We also encrypt all passwords, so if you forget or lose it, we can only generate a new password for you. If that happens please contact our customer service.

We are not responsible for misprints, delays, backorders or sold out products. Should any of these situations occur, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will then try to accommodate a satisfactory solution for you.

All of our products have been weighed and shipping and handling prices are determined by weight and by the choice of delivery method and its specified cost. There is a 30-day right of cancellation. However sometimes it can be longer but if it is the case, it will be stated on the site. The 30 days starts on the day you receive the product/products and ends the day you send it/them back to us. (The proof burden of the shipping date is on You). Christmas presents bought from november 1st until december 24th can be returned until february 1st the following year.

All the products, that by health- or hygienically reasons can’t be re-sold if the packaging has been broken, can’t be returned. Returns of these types of products must be in the original, unopened and unbroken packaging. All other products may be tried on, as it would in a store. If it has been tried on more than described above, we consider the product used, which means that when you cancel your order, you will only get part or even none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value. In order to get the whole amount back, you will have to only try it on, like you would in a normal store.

When the right of cancellation is exercised, You must pay the postage to send the product back.

Procedures regarding cancellations:

  1. a (recommended) Return the product within 30 days and when we receive the product, we will transfer the purchase price back to you, the same way that you paid. Remember to acquire a valid documentation from the shipping company in case of incidents (lost packages etc)
  2. Or (not a requirement) send an e-mail to or fill out this standardized cancellation form where you inform us: About what the problem is concerning, your order number, what products and how many you are cancelling. We must have the e-mail within 14 days from the day you received the package. You must then resend your package to us 14 days after you have informed us about your wish to cancel your purchase. We can withhold payment until we have received the products in question, unless you have valid documentation of return shipping.The purchase price will then be transferred back to you, the same way you paid.

You will be notified by e-mail when we have received your package. Please have patience during holidays due to extra word load. Normal response time is 1-3 workdays after receiving your package.

Warranty Claims
When you shop at PostMe, you have a 24 months warranty claim. Which means, that you can either choose to get your product repaired, exchanged, get a refund or perhaps a price reduction depending of the specific situation. Of course, in condition that the warranty claim is entitled and not due to misuse or damage to the product.

The claim should be advertised in reasonable time after you have discovered the fault. Within 2 months of the discovery is considered to be reasonable time.

We will reimburse the shipping cost you have had by returning the product, when the warranty claim is entitled. Although it is required, that you have contacted os in writing before the product has been returned to us.

Important! Always contact us at our e-mail if you want to use your warranty claim, before sending the product back!

When returning a product please refer to the correspondence to shorten the processing time.

Remember to always send back the product in proper packaging and get a receipt for shipping, if we are to refund you for it.

  6. We receive your order in our system and you receive an order confirmation.
  7. The product(s) are sent to you and you receive confirmation of shipment and we subtract the purchase price from your account.

Collection and use of personal data
When you visit this website, we make sure only to register non-sensitive data like; the name of your internet provider and screen solution. We only collect these data to be able to give you a more user friendly experience and a better support should it be necessary. We only register your personal information if you make a purchase, because it is the only way for us to deliver your product to you. When you shop at our site we supply you with a username and a password. This makes it easier for you to shop on the site(s) in the future, and to automatically fill in the data fields.

Personal data for third party
None of your personal information will be exchanged with third party, unless it is directly involved in your transaction at the PostMe site(s). We will, however, have to share your address information with our courier, for delivery of your products. Your payment information will be sent encrypted on a secure line to our payment provider. We use 2 different payment providers and both meet the high demands and requirements that we have placed. At no time, we will register or have any knowledge of your card data. It’s a matter between you and our secure payment provider. Your personal information (name, address and e-mail) will be stored safely without being transmitted and stored encrypted. The only exception is if you order by phone, where we have to ask for your card data in order to execute the transaction. So we recommend that you as far as possible, make your transaction through our site.

Data security
We do not store your credit card data. It will be sent directly to our payment providers. All data will be SSL encrypted, which means, that in case they are compromised they will be unreadable. Passwords for our sites are also encrypted, that way only you can access it. If you forget your password we cannot provide it, but only generate a new password.

We use so-called Cookies to improve your shopping experience with us. We also use third party Cookies for our site’s statistic system. Cookies are a standard for internet industries, to save data and to provide a better user friendly experience. You can at any time delete Cookies from your computer.
